NoxBot is an IRC bot totally written in PHP 5. Some of the goals in this bot are:
- Cross platform.
- Modular
- Easy to use.
- Feature full.
- Easy plugin development.
- Being mostly RFC compliant.
A lot still has to be done as you can see on the Trac active tickets page.
